Gregg Burt

President, CEO and Chairman – CAG Acquisitions, Inc.

Gregg founded CAG Acquisitions in 2008 and has served as the CEO of Hart InterCivic since 2007. He is a seasoned executive with a solid record of success managing and leading a range of technology businesses.

As an executive, he has been a partner at Accenture and has founded and managed two successful start-up software companies. Previously, Gregg held various executive positions at Schlumberger Ltd., in Paris, France. During these assignments, he acquired extensive international experience in mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Hart, Gregg was CEO of BuildForge, Inc., where he led the dramatic growth of this enterprise software company which was sold to IBM in 2006.

Gregg holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California.

John Thornborrow

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer for Hart InterCivic, John brings more than 15 years of senior financial and executive management experience in both publically and privately held large and small companies. John directs financial strategy, accounting, information technology, human resources and administrative services.

Prior to joining Hart, John was CFO and COO for TippingPoint Technologies, Inc. (a subsidiary of 3Com Corporation, NASDAQ:COMS). He has also held senior financial and operations management positions at NovusEdge, Inc., Matrix NetSystems, Inc. and Quinton Instrument Company (now Cardiac Science, NASDAQ:CSCX).

John holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship with Honors from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.

Phillip Braithwaite

Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President and General Manager for Hart InterCivic, Phillip is responsible for all aspects of the Hart Voting Systems business unit including sales, marketing, operations and engineering. He also provides leadership for select new business opportunities that can be leveraged globally across the company.

Phillip joined Hart in 2001 from Dell Inc. where he served in several roles in its State and Local Government segment and worked closely with Hart InterCivic. Prior to joining Dell, he spent 10 years in the media and high-tech industries.

Phillip holds an Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
